General SummaryThe Compensation Analyst T will assist and provide support with job descriptions and related compensation projects. As time permits, price new jobs and conduct compensation related research and analysis.
Specific Duties and Responsibilities•Administer Job List and Job DescriptionsLocate and download current job descriptions and multiple versions if applicableHelp maintain job description library in SharePoint to facilitate searches (add new job descriptions, archive old versions, add columns for level, etc.)Update Job Descriptions for quality policy and other misc. details (job code, dept, etc.) *As time permits, price new jobs and provide compensation guidance.•Job Description ProjectPull recordsOrganize recordsjob titling conventions and job coding abbreviations•Assist with building Compensation Report queries to track compensation metrics by dept and level•Adhere to the Company’s Quality Management System (QMS) as well as domestic and global quality system regulations, standards, and procedures. *•Understand relevant security, privacy and compliance principles and adhere to the regulations, standards, and procedures that are applicable to the Company. *•Ensure other members of the department follow the QMS, regulations, standards and procedures. *•Perform other work-related duties as assigned.*Indicates an essential function of the role Position Qualifications
Minimum education and experience:Bachelor’s degree in business or related field with 5+ years of experience or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Additional qualifications:•SharePoint proficiency is desired•MS work and Adobe PDF proficiency is desired•High degree of accuracy and attention to detail *•Experience with AON Radford Salary Survey desired•Advanced proficiency with Excel (including vlookup and pivot tables)•Strong oral, written and interpersonal communications skills•Audit and/investigation skills are desired•Ability to work with highly sensitive and confidential material required *
Working ConditionsGeneral office environment. Frequently required to stand, walk, sit, and reach with hands and arms, and to use a computer, sitting for extended periods. Specific vision abilities required by this assignment include ability to read, close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, and depth perception.
