• Understand the potential clients' pains and needs in our first meeting
• Help them find the specific solutions that satisfy their HR and Administration-related needs through Factorial HR
• Create new workarounds and use cases for Factorial HR
• Provide them with techniques and strategies to improve the productivity of their HR department through innovation and digitalisation
• Make a professional Follow-up and resolve all the objections of the client
• Negotiate final stages of the collaboration and close the deal
• Collaboratively worked with many stakeholders to support Factorial HR growth: SDRs, Customer experience,Product team, Partners,Finance team, etc.
Key responsibilities:
• Hiring, coaching, and monitoring with success a team, guiding them into achievement and always aiming for their full potential.
• Find the best prospects to generate sales opportunities for the Account Executive Team.
• Help the team to improve the "Discovery" during the call with the prospect in order to find their "Pains" and give them Factorial's solutions.
• Work closely with the Marketing Team to give feedback from the leads generated from Inbound & Paid marketing campaigns and decide together where to invest to create the best sales opportunities.
• Work closely with the Sales Operations Team to design together processes, implement new sales systems/platforms and solve issues to improve our lead generation results.
• Creating and analysing different KPi's and reports to understand how the marketing campaigns are impacting our lead generation, control our SDR's results and take actions to improve our performance.
• Collaboratively worked with other markets to share best practices, define new strategies, planning team's buildings in order to overachieve our targets and create a good environment for our SDR's teams.
