Requirements
What are we looking for?
- Real-world experience creating and maintaining mobile applications.
- We're looking for people with 4+ years of experience under their belt.
- Architect, design, and develop scalable, adaptable and highly efficient mobile applications.
- Solid understanding of mobile application architecture, including VIPER/MVVM patterns.
- Experience with Clean Architecture
- Speak Kotlin fluently.
- Experience with Bluetooth (desirable Experience with MFi program)
- Experience in Unit and UI testing.
- Understanding of Scrum development process.
- Experience with modular architecture and SDK deployment

What you can expect?
In 1 month:
- Get used to a system that combines software, firmware and hardware

- Participate actively in the roadmap and OKRs definition to set a proper company strategy
- Lead cross-team projects
- Improve and optimize the current solution
- Suggest and implement solutions that make the system more scalable, robust and reliable
What will you be doing?
- Define the architecture for the iOS applications.
- Build state of the art iOS applications integrating with REST services and Bluetooth connectivity.
- Collaborate with other software teams to ensure the development and integration of embedded systems, backend applications and services, designing new APIs and features.
- Work with the latest technologies and methodologies.
- Collaborate with UI/UX designers and business stakeholders to ensure the technical feasibility of application features.
- Build beautiful UIs that meet the highest standard of quality.
Our current tech stack is very extensive: we are followers of Clean Architecture, modularizing by domains and using MVP and Viper as Design Patterns (we are currently transitioning to MVVM on both platforms).
We believe having a UI library is the best approach to unify all Wallbox visual components, to have a consistent look and feel, as well as speed up development. We are currently exploring Jetpack Compose on Android.
Together with these technologies we are working with persistence, reactive programming patterns and concurrency.
As the quality is a must for us, we base our testing in Unit and Automation Tests assuring the highest quality standards are met. We are also exploring Integration and Snapshot Tests. For increasing the agility in our developments we work with CI/CD Pipelines, Feature flags, A/B testing and we constantly monitor our releases with tools like Firebase, Datadog and Mixpanel.
