The role you’ll play
As our Solutions Architect, you'll play a crucial role in driving our new partner strategy for integration development. Working closely with our customers, you'll ensure they get the most out of our Platform and seamlessly integrate their systems with our API to support their digital transformation journeys.
In this dynamic role, you'll be responsible for analyzing customer requirements, designing solutions, and validating approaches with all parties. You'll be a key driver of integration dialogues, ensuring that we offer customized solutions that go beyond what's available out of the box.
In addition to working with customers, you'll also collaborate with our partners to deliver these integrations. With your expertise, you'll help us build a strong network of partners who can provide top-notch integration services to our customers.
Overall, as a Solution Architect on our team, you'll be at the forefront of driving innovation and ensuring our customers get the most value from our products and services.
The team you’ll be a part of
This is a senior-level position that requires a high degree of independence and the ability to manage stakeholders at various levels in our international customer portfolio. You'll work closely with both the development and sales teams to ensure that our customers' expectations are met.

- Analyze customer tech landscapes and content localization requirements
- Design smart integration solutions based on our APIs and connector portfolio
- Identify and document requirements
- Explain our tech and solutions in presentations and do sparring with our customers and partners
- Plan, follow-up, report and ensure clean execution of our connector and integration projects with partners and customers
- Define and help shape prototypes to ensure we built the right features and drive the communication towards our customers on these
- Build strong relationships with our customers and partners through a great understanding of their business and how our technology helps them
- Collaborate in a highly agile and lean environment with room to experiment and learn
- Be used to working in a distributed environment as our development teams are distributed throughout Europe.
- Report to the Product Director of Platform Integration
In one year, you’ll know you were successful if
- Successfully helped define, build and launch several new integrations
- Lifted our way of working with customer projects when building integrations to new standards not only for LanguageWire, but for the entire industry
- Defined best practices in collaboration with our Director of Platform Integration for Connector practices and how we collaborate with customers
Desired experience and competencies

What you’ll need to bring
- 3+ years working with in a similar role
- Bachelors/Masters degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering or similar
- Strong communication skills and the ability to bridge both technical and business barriers in understanding our customers
- Deep understanding of technology consulting with a strong focus on identifying the customer’s pains and a commitment to build solutions that bring real value to the customer
- Strong experience in guiding customer dialogues using online whiteboards, diagrams and presentations
- Open-minded and always driven by putting things into production
- An agile mindset and always looking to improve yourself and the team around you
- Excellent English language skills speaking, writing and editing
