As our Senior Business Development Manager, you’ll be responsible for identifying and executing successful market development strategies, developing brand awareness, and ensuring that our product offerings meet the needs of our target audience. Responsibilities:

• Be a market detective and conduct market research and analysis to identify potential customers and partners.
• Develop and execute a sales strategy that aligns with our overall business objectives.
• Ensure product market fit by understanding the needs of our target audience.
• Find and convert leads towards clients and partnerships through effective lead generation and conversation.
• Build and maintain relationships with key customers and partners, and develop new relationships to expand our market reach.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience in sales and product management roles, preferably within the tech startup industry.
• Proven track record in developing and executing successful sales strategies that have resulted in revenue growth.
• Experience leading product market fit processes and working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure product success.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to use data to inform decision making.
• Demonstrated ability to build and maintain relationships with key customers and partners.
