Sales Development Representative (SDR Internship)

Huboo have a fantastic opportunity to join the Sales team, working from our Madrid office. This position will suit a bilingual Spanish/English.

Huboo is a technology led ecommerce fulfilment company, focused on helping online sellers grow their business by providing global fulfilment, we are VC funded and continue to grow at a rapid pace.


Key responsibilities for the Sales Development Representative


As a SDR for Huboo you will respond to inbound inquiries via email, phone, and chat to qualify leads and assess their fit for Huboo's services You will conduct outbound prospecting and lead generation activities to build a pipeline of qualified leads.

Use CRM and other tools to manage lead and customer data and track progress towards goals. Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to improve lead generation strategies and tactics.Assist with sales and marketing campaigns, including events and webinars.

Other duties as assigned (see below)

Tasks

  • Inbound leads: manage and categorize all leads coming from Marketing, campaigns, web chat, etc.
  • Outbound leads: manage, categorize, and reach out leads coming from databases and similar sources. some databases or leads are missing important info (phone number, company name, expertise needed etc.) and some needs to be verified in terms of size, timing, need etc.
  • Reach leads and make a first Huboo pitch:
  • Qualification of leads: if the lead is a good fit for Huboo, they’ll pass to the next phase, meeting with BDM/BDE
  • Meeting setup for BDMs and BDEs: once the reception or outreach of a lead, the first pitch and its proper qualification has been made, the SDR will book a second call with the prospect with a BDM/BDE.

Requirements

  • Pursuing or recently completed a bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal
  • Comfortable making outbound calls and emails to prospects
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Familiarity with CRM tools and sales processes is a plus


This is a 6-month internship position, with the possibility of extension or conversion to a full-time position based on performance and business needs.
