Silicon HR is searching for a Performance Specialist, with a special focus on Paid Search amp; Paid
Social. This is a great opportunity to be part of the agency’s digital team.
Responsibilities:
- Campaign set-up, activation and optimisation managing always on campaigns budget, bid strategies and performance.
- Responsible for analysing account performance, overseeing and optimizing activity on multiple search amp; social engines (Google Ads, YouTube, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn, Tiktok etc) making recommendations based on insights and data.
- Developing and implementing the paid search amp; social strategy for the client and managing them in an efficient manner.
- Responsible of best practices implementations and of developing a testing roadmap focusing on a test amp; learn approach, looking at increasing efficiency and results improvement.
- Client facing role, with direct communication to the client (email, calls...), including regular reporting and performance presentations.
- Cooperating with internal and external partners, both nationally and internationally.
Requirements
- 2 years of experience in Paid Social amp; Paid Search campaigns, with knowledge and understanding of digital industry (online channels).
- Previous experience in a client facing role, with a demonstrated passion for innovation, strategy and outside the box thinking.
- Analytical, strong Excel skills.
- Experience with Google Ads amp; Facebook Ads, knowledge of a bid management tool is a plus.
- Having a good level of English and Spanish
