Job Description

The goal of this position is to boost sales and contribute to our long-term business growth seeking new business opportunities by contacting and developing relationships with potential customers.

The Business Developement Executive promotes the sale of the company’s products amp; services according to the guidelines of Sales Management, maintaining and increasing our Customer Base in Barcelona Territory.

The Business Developement Executive should use their communication skills to cultivate strong relationships with customers, from first contact until you close the deal and ensure proper after-sales service.

Responsibilities amp; Tasks

  • Develop a targeted prospect list of clients and build pipeline rapidly by leveraging existing contacts and identifying new leads Execute our commercial strategy to open or expand target markets
  • Contact potential clients through cold calls and emails
  • Conduct research to identify opportunities and anticipate future trends
  • Present our products and services to potential clients in the agreed verticals either by phone, virtually or in person Conduct needs analyses to come up with the best offering for each client
  • Prepare and handle all paperwork necessary to close deals (proposals, contracts, etc.)
  • Build lasting relationships with influencers, stakeholders and decision makers in key client accounts
  • Qualify leads from marketing campaigns as sales opportunities
  • Build long-term trusting relationships with clients
  • Stay up-to-date with new products/services and new pricing/payment plans
  • Working with the International sales team to leverage our domestic training plans globally wherever there are opportunities (in coordination with Sales Management)


Education amp; Experience

  • Minimum of 2 years’ experience in B2B Sales
  • Experience working with medium to large size Spanish companies is essential
  • Experience working within and international business environment, highly valued
  • Experience working in the training sector, highly valued
  • BS degree in Business Administration, Sales, International Relations, or relevant field, high valu

  • C2 level of Spanish
  • B2 or higher level of English
  • Advanced level of MS Office
