We're seeking developers interested in growing their skills in the Haskell ecosystem. This position is suitable for both junior and mid-level developers. You will work across our international clients' projects and be involved in several areas of our current growth as a company under a fully-remote modality!

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field
- Solid understanding of Haskell and functional programming concepts
- Familiarity with databases, web development, and/or networking protocols
- Experience using Agile Methodologies and CI/CD techniques such as TDD.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work well in a team environment
- Applicants must obtain work authorization in the country of employment at the time of hire, and maintain ongoing work authorization during employment - We are unable to sponsor work visas.
What will you do?
- Develop and maintain software applications using Haskell back-end
- Troubleshoot and fix issues in existing codebase
- Optimize code for performance.
- Write unit tests and participate in code reviews
- Stay up-to-date with the latest Haskell and Nix developments and trends
- Work alongside a dynamic team to define project roadmaps, identify technologies to be used, and integrate them to help exceed our clients’ expectations.
- Provide recommendations, technical solutions, and implement new technologies to increase efficiency and productivity.
- Collaborate with multiple international team members using a clean and pragmatic approach.
- Contribute to our open-source tooling and libraries.
- Contribute to internal and external community initiatives to keep expanding our brand awareness in Spain.
- Keep refining your technical expertise while participating actively in our tech training, book clubs, conferences, and other dynamic team-building events!
- Help onboard and mentor new developers; by advocating and helping others to achieve technical excellence and have a collaborative mindset.
