We are looking for an ambitious individual with an entrepreneurial spirit to join our marketing team in Athens. The Senior CRM Associate role sits with the CRM Marketing team, whose purpose is to engage customers with a sophisticated contact strategy which talks to them at the right time, through the right channel, in the right way, with a compelling and relevant message and offering. The ideal candidate should be a customer-oriented person as well as a clear and effective communicator, with the ability to strongly collaborate with cross-functional teams and external stakeholders in an agile way of working. They should be a team player and an active listener, who can understand a variety of viewpoints and balance concerns with data, with the aim of making thoughtful decisions. Furthermore, they should have outstanding organizational skills, with dedication to quality and integrity, while also being methodical and able to prioritize and schedule tasks. Finally, they should have the ability to analyze data as well as synthesize and present results to the rest of the team.

What you will focus on:

  • Create, test and execute email marketing campaigns using the Pardot ESP platform
  • Ensure timely delivery of business-as-usual and ad-hoc email campaigns
  • Anticipate the needs of the Blueground customer (B2C, B4B and B2B), so that all campaigns are tailored accordingly
  • Support the CRM manager in executing brand-led multi-channel CRM strategies, which includes currently mainly email communications
  • Be responsible for the day-to-day management of communications and raise any issues to the CRM Manager
  • Support the development and execution of targeted campaigns, analyzing performance and metrics, providing post-campaign analysis to the relevant stakeholders
  • Partner with our copy and creative teams to brainstorm messaging concepts and tactics
  • Contribute to design briefs and assist in the strategy development across customer acquisition, in-life engagement, and retention
  • Work with Product, Engineering, and Data teams to ensure the right data are available for relevant, personalized, and real-time campaigns
  • Identify opportunities for A/B testing and analyze results to provide recommendations for improvement
  • Collaborate with other members of the team to translate strategic vision into tactical campaigns that drive key KPIs

What we are looking for:

  • 4-7 years of hands-on experience with CRM and mailing systems (experience with Salesforce, Pardot, Zoho CRM, Marketing Cloud and Zendesk is a plus)
  • Degree in Business/Marketing/Engineering/IT/Science from a top-tier university/college
  • Fluency in English (French/German/Spanish/Portuguese language skills is a plus)
  • Sound copywriting skills
  • Strong analytical skills (use of Excel and Google Sheets as a reporting tool/ SQL is a plus)
  • Strong creative skills, familiarity with HTML coding will be an asset
  • Highly numerate with commercial email marketing experience
  • Understanding of marketing segmentation and targeting
  • Familiarity with Google Analytics or similar platforms
  • Proactive, enthusiastic, and self-starter with a ‘can do’ attitude
  • Ability to work across multiple products, platforms and teams
