We are looking for a Director for our Product Specialist team, who has international experience in a quickly scaling, tech-oriented, product-driven culture to manage a team of sustainability experts. This team is a central part of our Sales team and it is key to driving our continued global growth. We passionately believe there should be no conflict between optimal business performance and having a positive social and environmental impact on the world. And we are scaling Clarity AI with these principles in mind hiring and developing passionate people who want to solve a meaningful problem and perform effectively and deliver game-changing business outcomes. As a leader within our Go-To-Market team, you will help drive business performance while ensuring we stay true to our mission and values.

Location: Madrid, open to remote within Spain.

Reporting to the Global Head of Solutions you will lead and manage a global team of Product Specialists (experts in specific sustainability fields) coming from the top asset managers, investment banks, and management consulting firms. We are looking for an experienced Manager with a hunger to grow Clarity AI who will be able to manage the team in the following areas:

  • Interview, hire, and train any additional team members required for this team of experts
  • Manage the team by providing day-to-day advice and support to consistently deliver excellent results, coordinating with the Account Executives (Sales) and Customer Success Managers to meet and exceed quarterly sales targets
  • Outline and manage areas of expertise, scope, and roles within the team to achieve optimal performance and results
  • Set quarterly and annual targets for the team that are aligned with Sales and broader company targets
  • Ensure that the team is working collaboratively with the Clarity AI Sales, Marketing, Revenue Operations, Product, PRamp;I (Research), and Customer Success Teams
  • Review the team’s activity, identify and solve any bottlenecks and focus on increasing efficiency
  • Occasionally join and support specific prospect calls with strategic clients
  • Be in constant communication with the Product and Research teams to ensure prospect and client feedback is communicated and understood
  • Learn and understand the Clarity AI platform and service offering to effectively communicate with prospects, clients, Account Executives, and Product Specialists
  • Demonstrate expertise and knowledge of Clarity AI programs to provide consistent reinforcement of the Clarity AI platform to direct reports

Requirements

What we are looking for:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in business, or equivalent
  • Proven work experience in a similar role
  • 7+ years of experience in SaaS sales (ideally within financial technology)
  • 5+ years successfully managing a global team of Experts/highly skilled people
  • Demonstrated experience building a successful team
  • Understanding of the financial services ecosystem and how different stakeholders/technology work together
  • Experience with Enterprise level integrations and third-party providers
  • Experience in Impact Investing, ESG funds, or equivalent
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and flexibility to adjust quickly
  • Highly disciplined and proactive professional
  • Demonstrated problem-solving ability
  • Team player that prefers minimal direction
  • Self-confident, with excellent communication skills and ability to participate in strategic client, calls successfully
  • Complete fluency in English, and at least one additional European language (several additional European languages preferred)
