Within our Customer Support amp; Experience team, we have Frontline Support, Technical Support and Billing Support.The Billing Support team is specialized in the resolution of incoming billing and payment-related enquiries while ensuring a satisfying level of communication and high customer satisfaction in compliance with finance guidelines.
The responsibilities in this role:Assisting our customers to effectively solve their billing and payment inquiries (receipts, credit notes, payment processing, etc.)Providing support to our customer-facing teams with invoicing, subscriptions, payments managementMaintaining accurate account balancesPartnering effectively with the Account Receivable and Cash Collection teamsNurturing professional relationships with our customers by providing them with world-class billing support experiencesDevelopping and maintain comprehensive knowledge of Aircall billing amp; payment processes to support customers
The skills required to succeed in this role:French (spoken and written) must be flawless when communicating with clients and fluent English will be necessary for internal communicationPrevious experience in billing / cash collection is a mustExperience in a customer facing role (support or success) is desired
