Requirements
This future Colviner will work with the Head of Content and the rest of the content and marketing team to develop and execute campaigns, content and actions that resonate with our audiences in a creative and data-driven way. This will cover our social channels such as Instagram and TikTok. We are looking for someone who is results-driven, has a high level of creativity, innovation, trendsetter and can work both autonomously and as part of a team in order to help our audiences discover our products.

This is how your day-to-day will be:
- Manage and monitor actual social media channels (Instagram, TikTok)
- Develop social media strategies
- Develop and implement influencer marketing and content creator programs
- Create creative content and visual assets for social media posts
- Analyze data and results to improve social media and influencers strategies
- Grow the TikTok and Instagram account of the brand for Spanish Market
- Understand the market and target to translate appropriate trends into current brand filters
- Demonstrate the highest taste level and the ability to create branded videos and share the brand’s values with the spanish audience
- Collaborate with the marketing team to find new ideas
- Find a balance of different content types.
Requirements
- Fluent in Spanish as it is our main language. English at a very good level
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in Social Media and content creation, preferably with e-commerce-type businesses
- Living in Barcelona to go to our HQ to film and do content
- Good communication and copywriting skills
- Basic editing and video creation skills to do reels and tiktoks
- Constantly thinking of growth and reinventing ideas, energetic and highly creative
- Affinity and passion for the brand and the platform
- Autonomous and at the same time good team player
- Great attention to detail
- Analytical skills
