We are looking for an Intern to join our People Operations team and support us as we continue growing and delivering support to our global workforce. This internship will be a great opportunity to explore and learn about different areas of People Operations and the broader Human Resources function. Below are key responsibilities you will have, but depending on your interest and the evolution of the internship, there may be opportunity to get involved in additional People activities around Talent Acquisition, Compensation amp; Benefits, Learning amp; Development, Performance Management, etc.
People Operations:
- Support with the management of our People tools and systems (HRIS, ATS, Talent Management, etc.)
- Support in the launch of employee surveys related to People Ops, benefits and areas to improve within the team
- Support on the implementation of Health amp; Safety measures for our different countries
- Support on the management and reporting of our annual training allowance
- Ensure our People Ops Tools are up to date at all times (orgchart, positions, compensation, benefits, etc) guaranteeing consistency and ease of reporting on key metrics.
- Support the development of the different processes and policies defined within the People team.
Travel amp; expenses:
- Learn about our travel amp; expense tool and ensure compliance with our policies
- Analyze and report activity within the tool
- Manage and process expenses requests from employees
Events:
- Monitor and track internal and external events where travel is required
- Assist with the organization of all-company or team specific events / offsites
- Organize our People team in-person events / offsites
Office Management:
- Manage our office management tools (WeWork Workplace)
- Report on office attendance / license usage
- Grant office access to new and existing employees
- Coordinate with providers for office incentives (e.g. fruit delivery, lunch)
- Manage mail services
Requirements
- Relevant Bachelor’s degree (e.g.. Business Administration, Human Resources, etc.)
- Previous experience in events management or travel is a plus
- Proficiency in Excel and other Microsoft Office applications
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills (complete fluency in English is a must)
- We are a group of people from around the world so international experience is a plus
- Self-starter with motivation to learn and grow
- Ability to excel in a collaborative, fast-paced environment with changing requirements and priorities
- Excellent attention to detail and time management skills
