Take ownership of our People Operations processes of Reporting, Budgeting, Payroll, Administration:
- Responsible for managing all the analytic and reporting processes (monthly reporting, national statistics, cost/employee area) and legal compliance (Pay register file)
- Responsible of HR budgeting, forecasting, ...
- Manage payroll changes (e.g. new hires, terminations, raises) and system upgrades and coordinate operations with internal clients and with Payroll vendor
- Support and advice in Compensation amp; Benefits policies.
- Help in building and optimizing essential HR processes, implement tools and policies with the goal to automate and streamline them across the entire organisation.
- Take ownership of the HRIS such as Success Factors.
- Manage and keep up the communication between international hirings.
- Help in creating exciting employee engagement initiatives and promote people programs to create a happy workplace.
- Continuously work to improve our people processes to deliver an outstanding employee experience.
- Provide support to employees in various HR-related topics such as leaves policies and resolve any issues that may arise
- Develop project related with HR policies.
Requirements
About you. We are looking for someone with:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in people operations/ payroll suport
- Degree/ Bachelor in Economics
- Strong Knowledge of labour procedures and Employment and Social Security laws and regulations.
- Proficiency in Excel
- Fluency in Spanish amp; English. Catalán is a plus.
- Experience with HR metrics and SSFF
