We remove all the hassle around finding a rental with no long-term contracts, moving/buying furniture, security deposits, broker fees, etc. giving choice and flexibility to allow people to live where and when they want.

We are a Barcelona based startup with offices in Madrid, Lisbon, Berlin and Paris! and soon we will conquer some more cities across Europe

The role is based in Barcelona, our HQ. You will work for the Sales team and your role will focus on managing administrative tasks including transferring sales, booking and guest data through various databases and tools. You will be able to work on several projects at the same time.

Responsibilities |

• Provide support to the sales team with day to day tasks..
• Administrative tasks
• Take data and manually inputs it on different systems.
• Online reservation registration through a PMS.
• Sales registration in different excel
• Conduct sales report
• Direct work with a Hubspot specialist. You will learn a lot from this CRM!
• Assist in the creation of new administrative bases. We are in a time of transition from manual to automated tasks.

Requirements

• You have a native level of Spanish and intermediate level of English.
• You are organized and attentive to detail
• Flexible, resilient and happy with ambiguity and changes
• Confident to work in cross-functional teams
• Comfortable working in a start-up environment
