Teleperformance Spain, with more than 4,700 employees in 10 sites (certified with Great Place to Work, Top Employer), is looking for a Sourcing Specialists with either Dutch, German, French or Hebrew.

It has been a great year full of growth and opportunities and it is all just getting started.

Your main duties will be:

• Conducting a strategy to attract new talent to the company via job boards, recruitment events, digital marketing campaigns and any possible idea that could attract talent to the company
• Measuring efficiency and costs of sources and initiatives
• POC of Recruitment Agencies and other Partners supporting Teleperformance

Requirements

• Good command of English
• +5 years of experience as a Sourcing Specialist in a multilingual environment
• HR or Business related studies are a plus
• Outstanding communication skills
• Candidate orientation
• Amazing organizational skills
