So...are you as passionate about helping teams as you are about moving to a greener world? We’re looking for someone to join our People team and help the rest of the Talent Acquisition team throughout their journey.

Your challenge

We are looking for a people-centric Talent Acquisition Project Manager with special focus on Tech Talent acquisition team (so experience in this field is highly valuated) . You will play a central role in helping to develop and facilitate our key talent acquisition initiatives, supporting scalable talent a acquisition programs and policies, from strategic to execution. Our maxim is we don’t expect you to do the right thing, we expect you to do the brave thing.

We are a 16 people team, organized by roles but working in a very collaborative environment. You will be part of the Talent team, helping us build strong Talent acquisition initiatives in order to attract the best talent, promote the best candidate experience and implement the best practices.

What will you do

As a Talent Acquisition PM, you will contribute through all current TA projects, working in a cross-functional with all TA teams with special lead in our TA Tech team.

Day-to-day life

From Strategy to Operations

  • Work closely with the Head of Talent amp; HRBP (HTH) on talent acquisition strategy and initiatives
  • Work together with HTH and HRBPs in talent acquisition solutions and hiring and brand strategies
  • Help the different TA teams with their current hiring priorities, participating in their hiring processes when necessary
  • Maintain awareness of, and incorporate, current best practices and trends in the area of Talent acquisition.

Design, planning implementation and monitoring Talent acquisition programs:

  • Ability to design and/or review content, update program materials that include facilitator guides, participant handbook, content pills
  • Provide planning support with the rollouts and the implementation of talent acquisition programs, initiatives, and processes.
  • Monitor and review the implementation plan of these programs.
  • Working closely with HTH and HRBPs in order to analyze, evaluate and measure talent acquisition programs/actions that offer evidence of the effectiveness, and help to develop actions to further improve it if need it.
  • Track and report KPIs that helps TA team to objectivize investment, efficiency, and results.

People Talent Processes and Policies

  • Work together with Talent acquisition teams in order to identify inconsistent procedures across the business.
  • Develop or update new or current TA policies/procedures according TA needs.
  • Ensure all TA processes and policies are appropriately documented and housed for employees to reference.
