Growth Specialist for Mobile Apps (Full remote within Spain)

How will you make a difference
- Help define the monetization strategy and growth roadmap for our apps.
- Sort out priorities into current, near-term and future. Prioritize the right experiments, A/B tests and marketing tactics to meet priorities.
- Maintain the growth roadmap, keeping the balance between strategic and tactical testing. Staying on course but being flexible to change course if that’s what testing uncovers.
- Analyze results and make adjustments. Double down on tactics that are working. Switch out those that are not if needed.
- Elaborate and participate to User Research : quantitative and qualitative to constantly refine our understanding of user behavior (app store reviews, live user testing, tracking analysis).
- Follow and present key metrics of your product line.
- Ensure thorough competitive intelligence to keep track of the app market.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product, design, engineering and data to execute growth initiatives
- Define dashboards and reports to track and measure the success of the growth initiatives
- Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends, best practices, and tools related to apps product growth
Requirements
What will make you stand out from the crowd
- Proven track record of driving growth within mobile app projects
- Experience working with cross-functional teams and complex projects in management consulting, technology or sales operations.
- Strong analytical problem solving skills
- An ability to collect and analyze data from a variety of sources to identify key insights, spot optimization opportunities and inform product decisions.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Good language skills (English, Spanish , other foreign languages are a plus)
- Must be able to make decisions and exercise good judgment
- Self-starter with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Passionate about technology, used to working with IT Teams.
- Experience running A/B tests (or exposure to A/B testing concepts
- Experience in a startup or fast-paced environment is a plus
