The role:

We are looking for a Client onboarding specialist (technical) to join our team. You will onboard Spanish customers to our EV chargepoint management software. You'll deliver first-line support and integrate the software with EV chargers and TPVs. You will own onboarding and support KPIs and SLAs.

To succeed, you must be customer-centric and driven to deliver a delightful experience. You will collaborate with various teams such as Sales, Operations and Product to drive the most value to our customers.

The role is at our HQ in Barcelona. You will report to the Director of operations.


Your tasks

  • Onboard and train new customers to use of EV charger supervision software
  • Resolve customer escalations and issues. Maintain a healthy level of service and quality SLAs.
  • Test integration of our software with new make/models of EV chargers and TPVs
  • Collaborate with Sales, operations and technical teams to improve customer satisfaction

Requirements

Minimum requirements

  • 2+ years in operations or technical support in EV charging industry
  • Proficiency in Spanish and English
  • IT savvy and understanding of internet connectivity protocols
  • Positive outlook, good communication and a collaborative working style
  • Ability to handle difficult customer situations with empathy and professionalism

Nice to have

  • Working proficiency in any of Italian/German/Dutch/French languages
  • Prior experience in EV charging industry is a plus
