The role:
We are looking for a Client onboarding specialist (technical) to join our team. You will onboard Spanish customers to our EV chargepoint management software. You'll deliver first-line support and integrate the software with EV chargers and TPVs. You will own onboarding and support KPIs and SLAs.
To succeed, you must be customer-centric and driven to deliver a delightful experience. You will collaborate with various teams such as Sales, Operations and Product to drive the most value to our customers.
The role is at our HQ in Barcelona. You will report to the Director of operations.
