What is our proposal?
Our teams work in Squads within a Product Organization. In the Lead Management Squad, you will be able to be an active part in the Design, Use Experience, Development and Leverage of many innovative Products and Features. You will have a real impact on the company Roadmap.
What will you do?
- You will manage the backlog and the roadmap of the Salesforce Lead Management Squad, formed of salesforce developers, administrators and QA testers.
- You will analyse, shape and define new features based on your experience, competitors benchmarking and the input from your stakeholders.
- You will be part of the product team to shape the vision of Exoticca for the next years.
- You will lead transversal projects across the company.
- You will define and track the success of your team with KPIs and OKRs.
Requirements
- 3+ years of work experience in similar roles such as Digital Project Manager, Product Owner or Product Manager in Salesforce.
- BA in Engineering or Business Administration or relevant working experience.
- Excellent Analytical skills and Data-Driven mindset, you love analytics, metrics and statistics with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
- Experience with Agile methodologies. Ideally exposure to roles such as Product Owner, Scrum Master or being part of an agile squad/team.
- A customer-centric mindset to deliver exceptional Customer Experience.
- Advanced Excel user and comfortable with Data Visualization tools. SQL knowledge is also a plus.
- Fluency in English.
