Senior Recruiter
Treatwell is seeking a Senior Recruiter with experience in selecting, recruiting, and managing the job offer process for the Spanish market. The ideal candidate will be native Spanish with proficiency in English and preferably Portuguese.
The Senior Recruiter will work in a fast-paced, digital/tech scale-up environment, and will be responsible for managing full-cycle recruiting and building strong partnerships with hiring managers.
You will be responsible for:
- Develop and implement effective recruiting strategies and hiring plans for the Spanish market.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers to understand their hiring needs and provide guidance and support throughout the recruiting process.
- Manage the full recruiting life cycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and selecting qualified candidates.
- Use a variety of sourcing methods, including job postings, social media, employee referrals, and networking, to attract and engage top talent.
- Use HR tools and systems to track candidate pipelines, manage applicant data, and provide regular updates to hiring managers.
- Develop and maintain candidate pools and pipelines to ensure a continuous flow of talent.
- Conduct phone and in-person interviews to assess candidates' skills, experience, and fit for the organization.
- Negotiate job offers and manage the offer process, including extending offers, conducting reference and background checks, and coordinating the onboarding process.
- Provide guidance and mentorship to more junior members of the recruiting team.
- Participate in employer branding and recruitment marketing initiatives to help build Treatwell's employer brand in the Spanish market.
About you:
- Native Spanish speaker with proficiency in English and preferably Portuguese.
- At least 3 years of experience in full-cycle recruiting, preferably in a digital/tech scale-up environment.
- Proven experience in sourcing, selecting, and hiring talent for a variety of roles.
- Familiarity with HR tools and systems, including ATS, CRM, and HRIS.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Excellent time management and multitasking skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
- Results-driven and metrics-oriented, with a track record of meeting recruiting goals and targets.
- Knowledge of Spanish labor laws and regulations.
- Bachelor's degree in HR, business, or related field preferred.
