Job Description
pubGENIUS is a React.js +Next.js development agency and Ad tech startup. We are looking for stellar developers to join our agency team to build websites and apps for clients in the US and Europe. We specialize in decentralized finance e specialize in decentralized finance (Defi/Crypto/NFT/blockchain), fintech, and healthcare verticals, but occasionally serve others as well such as e-commerce.
We are looking for an experienced IT/Digital Project Manager who can manage multiple international projects from planning to completion.
The Project Manager role entails overseeing project delivery through collaboratively working with our teams and external clients across the world to deliver solutions that meet their business needs. In your role, you will combine your people skills with your enthusiasm for technology, in order to deliver an amazing IT experience.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Business Administration or related fields;
- At least 2 years of proven experience in IT project management or digital product development;
- Good knowledge of Agile methodologies;
- Ability to lead project teams of various sizes and see them through to completion;
- Good Knowledge of project management tools;
- Good working knowledge of project estimation techniques;
- Strong business acumen in project planning and management;
- Fluent in English is a must; ( Strong B2 , C1)
Responsibilities
- Work with International clients from different industries and the tech team to define project scope and deliverables;
- Breakdown complex requirements into manageable iterations;
- Manage relevant project documentation to create a streamlined process;
- Manage all stages of the Project Lifecycle within the constraints: scope, time, and cost;
- Managing client relationships by providing regular updates on project status;
- Monitor and ensure that deliverables, objectives, and outcomes of the project(s) are achieved as specified, within timescales, to budget, agreed on scope and quality standards;
- Work closely with the PM lead to measure project success by using relevant KPIs;
- Organize backlog, elaborate stories, and keep it up-to-date;
- Lead and facilitate Agile ceremonies;
- Make sure that the delivered product is aligned with client expectations and solves their business needs: test completed features to verify that client requirements are met;
