As Localization Quality Lead, you will be responsible for developing, implementing and supervising the Keywords Localization Text quality control processes, as well as leading the Global Quality control coordinator Team.
This position is available in several countries, and you can either work from one of our offices or work remotely from home.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Lead the Global Quality control coordinator Team.
- Document the end to end Localization Quality process. Keep current and share updates with all stakeholders. Continuously seek to improve the Localization Quality process.
- Manage quality framework portal.
- Work with stakeholders to identify enhancements.
- Liaise with internal teams and external partner to implement enhancements.
- Promote the Quality Process across the Localization Text Group. Ensure key stakeholders are engaged with the process.
- Work with Localization managers amp; project managers to create quality targets and review quarterly.
- Analyse and present timely reports on the quality status against agreed targets, suggest and implement corrective actions where needed.
Requirements
- +3 years of experience in quality control within the localisation industry.
- Degree in translation or linguistic related studies.
- Excellent English plus Knowledge of an additional language.
- Strong process focus.
- Familiarity with Content Quo amp; MemoQ.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Experience working with dispersed teams.
- Strong negotiation and arbitration skills.
- Leadership experience.
