We are looking for an Jr. Sourcer/TA to join our People team as we continue growing our employee headcount over the course of 2023. If you have international experience in a fast-paced, tech-oriented culture and you are a driven, smart, creative, and curious individual with a passion for tech and social impact, we are looking for you!

As a Junior Sourcer, your role is critical: make sure Clarity AI acquires, grows and retains the best talent from all over the world in a fast-paced, tech-oriented culture. You will support our recruiting process from start to finish. Your responsibilities will include posting jobs ads, doing initial screenings and scheduling interviews. You’ll assist other recruiters and hiring teams to ensure the hiring process runs smoothly and that we are providing the best candidate experience.

Requirements

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Use recruiting software and tools to post job ads and keep track of open positions
  • Participate in candidate sourcing efforts including direct search
  • Assist teams in the initial resume screening
  • Take part in the interview process including conducting initial phone screenings
  • Manage calendars for hiring teams and candidates while coordinating and scheduling interviews
  • Ensure we are maintaining a great candidate experience by communicating with candidates promptly and making sure the recruitment process runs smoothly
  • Assist with and manage planning and coordination recruiting events (career fairs, meetups, campus events, etc.)

Depending on your interests, there could be other opportunities within additional HR projects that you could take part in as well:

  • Talent Marketing / Employer Branding such as content creation and social media management
  • Talent management and internal processes such as career paths, promotions, learning and development, etc.

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:

  • BSc in Business, HR, Psychology, Communications or relevant field
  • At least 6 months of proven work experience as a Recruiter or Sourcer (either in-house or within an agency)
  • Familiarity with the full life cycle recruitment process from job description creation to offer acceptance
  • Tech-savvy with experience using recruitment tools (LinkedIn, ATS, HRIS, social media, etc.)
  • Excellent communication skills and complete fluency in English (minimum C1)
  • Incredible organizational skills and attention to detail with the ability to prioritize and manage time efficiently
  • Multi-tasking skills and the ability to juggle multiple calendars
  • Problem-solving aptitude and critical thinking skill
