Job Description:

The role is not limited to Spain. It is available for other European countries as well.

Roles amp; Responsibilities

  • Lead EMEA payroll team in different countries by contributing to the recruitment, selection, onboarding, training, coaching and disciplining employees; Also involve in monitoring team and individual performance by setting clear team and individual goal and KPIs.
  • Oversee payroll/operation activities for all regions in EMEA including but not limited to payroll and benefit calculations, vendor coordination, annual payroll activities as well as other ad hoc process improvement project as requested by the Company.
  • Handle team escalation on client’s issue. Identify/analyze the issue and provide advise and solutions to the team. Ensure client’s satisfaction before closing the case.
  • Maintain completion, consistency, and accuracy of payroll and employee information in GoGlobal systems Support on data process flow design based on Privacy Policies in different countries.
  • Maintain payroll team service quality standardization by providing guidelines, SOP, policies and procedures and make sure the services are delivered within GoGlobal Policies and Procedures.
  • Ensure compliance with legal and statutory requirement in related jurisdiction.
  • Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
  • Being the POC manager for the BPOs building and maintaining the professional relationship
  • Other ad hoc projects as requested


Requirements

  • At least 10 years of relative working experience including multiple EMEA countries payroll background and team manager experience
  • Willing to explore and learn in new area and able to work under tight schedule
  • Good time management in order to complete task assigned
  • A good team player but able to work independently
  • Integrity, positive work attitude and of pleasant character
  • Flexibility/ Start-up mindset and able to perform tasks in different area
