A goal-oriented, people-centric servant leader, with technical background. Your goal will be to support teams to become high-performing and self-managing units, and assist individuals to maximize their potential. You will contribute to the company's agility and to alignment with its values ( transparency, humility, proactivity).
Requirements
- +3 years in a similar role
- Excellent communications skills and ability to influence change
- Facilitating and problem solving skills
- Experience developing and tracking metrics (team and organizational level)
- Deep expertise in agile development, frameworks, practices, techniques, tools etc.
- Positive attitude
- Experience and knowledge of scaled frameworks
Your Quest
- Guide and support teams in enhancing agility and maturity through agile mindset, practices, techniques, frameworks etc.
- Assist teams on daily basis, teaching them self-management, progress monitoring and removing impediments
- Track metrics to surface potential problems and assist teams in resolving them
- Facilitate work sessions, meetings, ceremonies
- Challenge existing structures, processes, practices, workflows, frameworks etc.
- Assess and enhance organizational agility
- Foster collaboration and feedback culture across the organization
- Foster continuous improvement within and across teams, and manage change, applying metrics
- Teach, mentor and coach both teams and individuals
- Contribute to your mates' professional growth through feedback, alignment and feedforward process
