One of our global clients is looking for a Plant Manager.
The Plant Manager is responsible for managing and coordinating the overall operations of the plant. Ensuring that the production objectives of the plant are efficiently achieved with the required quality requirements while maintaining compliance with regulations on safety and the environment. The plant is based in Pierrefitte-Nestalas, France. The relocation assistance will be provided for candidates who are willing to move to Pierrefitte-Nestalas, France.

Job Requirements
- Integrate safety into all plant activities to achieve a safe workplace and a safety culture, in accordance with the companys prevention plan.
- Supervise compliance with current security legal regulations.
- Together with the team in charge of production/maintenance, he/she is in charge of organizing, planning and controlling the performance of the plant
- Actively participate in daily operations, as well as in company plans.
- Propose the necessary investments to improve production processes and comply with legal and security requirements.
- CAPEX and OPEX control of the plant.
- Supervise process engineering and ensure good practices and safety procedures in production and maintenance.
- Control and analyze production costs, analytical accounting, and inventory evolution.
- Lead continuous improvement in manufacturing/maintenance processes to ensure efficiency, and implement those plans through people, processes, procedures, and equipment.
- Supervise the continuous improvement project designed by the company for each of the production lines
- Supervision of quality control work, to ensure compliance with the specifications of the finished products, and of the raw materials used.
- Guarantee compliance with environmental and legal regulations, as well as ISO Standards and specific business regulations.
- Monitor the energy efficiency of the facilities.
Candidate Requirements
- Similar experience as Plant Manager in Manufacturing
- Experience in operations, project, and process management along with continuous improvement.
- Fluent English and French
- Experience in managing relationships with the union
- International mindset and strong management skills
