We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our People team. By joining us, you will support our ambition to bring Talent Acquisition to the next level at Visium. In addition to being an expert in Talent Acquisition, our future visiumee, thanks to his/her impact will contribute to transform recruitment and grow with the company.
You will work in close collaboration with our Talent Acquisition Manager.
What you will be responsible for
As a Talent Acquisition specialist you will be responsible for attracting and recruiting the best candidates, and finding the perfect match for a company's long-term goal. You’ll be in charge of the full recruitment life cycle:
- Coordinating with hiring managers to identify staffing needs.
- Determine selection criteria
- Create job descriptions
- Take ownership of the pipeline you’re responsible for
- Offer a high-quality service to the hiring managers.
- Candidates outreach
- Advertise job openings through innovative tools
- Organize and attend recruitment events to build a strong candidates base
- Source applicants through online channels (e.g. social platform, jobboards.)
- Reach out to potential candidates and create your network around them
- Participate in employer branding projects to improve the quality of our outreach
- Recruitment
- Assess candidates information, including resumes and contact details, using our Applicant Tracking System
- Plan interview and selection procedures, including screening calls, assessments and in-person interviews
- Conduct interviews
- Prepare interview debriefs for hiring managers
- Ensure the best recruitment experience for candidates
Depending on your previous experiences and appetite to grow, you will have the opportunity to gain more responsibilities.
Requirements

Required qualifications:
- At least 2 years of experience in Recruitment
- Experience in full life cycle recruiting
- At ease with LinkedIn search (Boolean and keywords search)
- Experience in sourcing activities
- Prior experience in consulting or Tech companies is a plus
- Knowledge of Applicant tracking system
- Keen interest in social media can be a plus
