Role Overview

This is an exciting opportunity for a Senior Office 365 SME seeking to progress to the next level in their career. This role is 100% remote working. This is a global IT position in a 12,000-user environment. You will work with regional teams globally to facilitate and architect Office 365 solutions. You will act as SME in Office 365 and play a lead part in tenant to tenant migrations.

Requirements

  • Act as technical lead, hands on for migrations to Office 365 from both O365 and Gsuite.
  • Manage identities in hybrid Active Directory and script creation in AD.
  • Manage AD Connect upgrades, health.
  • Implement latest technologies and 3rd party software solutions i.e., Intune, Autopilot, Power Automate, App consent.
  • Automate tasks as needed through the use of scripting technologies.
  • Deep understanding of exchange mail security, SharePoint and One drive architecture.
  • Proactive approach keeping up to speed on the latest O365 updates.
  • Own escalations from regional teams and supply timely solutions and guidance to resolve.
  • Stakeholder management.

Skills amp; Experience Required

  • 5+ years as SME in Office 365 solutions.
  • 10 years in IT.
  • In depth hand on experience of Azure AD and on premise AD Hybrid design and implementation.
  • Expert level Powershell and scripting experience.
  • Experience of tenant to tenant migrations.
  • Have experience working as part of a project team and understand project structure.
  • Strong EMS amp; Security experience
  • Office 365 or Azure certification to expert level.
  • Be familiar with working in an Agile environment.
  • Strong stakeholder management and ability to put into visual and plan technical deployments.
  • Understand change management and be able to manage and mitigate project risk.
