We are looking for a Tech Talent Acquisition Specialist to join the team at Codurance!
We're growing and therefore recruiting a recruiter to recruit talented Software Craftspeople for our teams! You'll be working on the full recruitment cycle, with a lot of autonomy but also the support of our team across the Spain and UK offices.
Responsibilities
- Write and post technical job descriptions
- Interview candidates combining various methods (e.g. structured interviews, technical assessments and behavioral questions)
- Coordinate with hiring managers and stakeholders to determine needs
- Craft and send personalized recruiting emails with current job openings to passive candidates
- Onboarding support
- Promote the company’s reputation as a great place to work
- Keep up-to-date with new technological trends and products
Requirements
- At least 2 years of experience as a Technical Recruiter / recruiting tech profiles
- Hands-on experience with various interview formats (e.g. phone, video and structured)
- Experience working with Linkedin Premium, other platforms are a plus
- Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems and resume databases (we use Workable)
- Excellent communication skills in English and Spanish
