What you’ll do:
- You will monitor and manage communications on Social Media Networks, delivering a customer response that builds brand affinity and drives engagement.
- You will track performance and engagement, ensuring that customer satisfaction is reached.
- You will partner with the Social Media Strategist and Creative Team to create original content to fuel engagement and performance across a variety of social media channels.
- You will deliver insightful feedback and customer point of view to the Brand Team.
What we are looking for:
- You have 1 year or more of experience working in a similar role.
- You speak a native level of French and an advanced level of English.
- You have a basic understanding of marketing strategies and understand the tactics needed to deliver on brand objectives.
