Job Requirement
- Nurture and grow the Amazon Partnership to ensure we are fulfilling the commercial, product, and strategic goals
- Work to establish excellent rapport and working relations amongst internal and external stakeholders
- Establish key performance indicators that will determine the success of the Amazon partnership
- Build and manage a global fast-paced, high performing and collaborative individuals to educate and build knowledge
- Align incentives to key objectives
- Lead strategic thinking on how we accelerate our growth with Amazon via technology and global market expansion
- Maintain all aspects of the partnership, go-to-market, sales acceleration programs with measurable outcomes
- Enable partner deal support, cross-functional planning, relationship management, and analytical insights
- Manage executive-level contacts with key partners, including QBRs and key stakeholder engagements
- Manage all commercial agreements related to the Partnership
- Develop strategies and business plans with partners and execute against metrics and milestones to drive growth and revenue
- Lead customized complex negotiations with our strategic partners
Candidate Requirement
- Similar experience in business development, partnerships, strategic sales and account management
- Excellent ability to manage relationships with individuals at all levels of the organization
- Strong analytical, leadership, intellectual curiosity, and partnering skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Track record of making and executing key strategic decisions, sourcing, executing and nurturing strategic partnerships
