The role

We are looking for a proactive, agile, and target-oriented Head of Talent Acquisition.

Looking for someone who is both hands-on, and strategic, to design and lead the talent acquisition strategy across our global markets. You will work in collaboration with the other People teams and hiring managers from across the business, to ensure successful execution of resource strategies, delivering the right people into the right roles at the right time, whilst building a strong Wallbox brand along the way.

The ideal candidate would be juggling many roles and thrive in a fast-paced environment. We are a changing business that focuses on continuous improvement driven by data collection and innovative thinking.

Our Talent Acquisition department is currently a team of 15 people and we are expanding rapidly, to support the growing needs of our people and business. We have an exciting mix of experiences and skills which makes for a very dynamic and collaborative team.


Responsibilities

  • Oversee the full cycle recruiting process across all departments and geographic locations.
  • Develop and implement global Talent Acquisition strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.
  • Evaluate and report using robust metrics so as to identify areas of improvement across talent Acquisition strategies, systems, tactics and procedures across the organization.
  • Manage our external partnerships with universities, job boards and recruitment software vendors.
  • Collaborate with the Learning amp; Development team, supporting leaders and managers across Wallbox to develop a strong understanding of effective recruitment practices and processes and how to deliver a positive candidate experience.
  • In collaboration with the People Partners Team, ensure effective workforce planning through development of talent pipelines, particularly for leadership areas.
  • Develop a strong global employer brand, ensuring that potential employees are excited about working at Wallbox.
  • Work with our Culture team to ensure diversity, inclusion and equity are embedded within our Talent Acquisition strategies.
  • Guide, coach and develop the Talent Acquisition team members.

Requirements

  • At least 10 years of professional Recruitment/Talent Acquisition experience, and at least 5 years managing large recruitment teams.
  • Passionate about Talent Acquisition and up to date with new market trends. Quick and enthusiastic learner
  • Excellent communication skills, commitment to treating all applicants with fairness and respect, but at the same time, who doesn’t shy away from having the difficult conversations.
  • Understanding of compliance and data protection regulations.
  • Hands-on experience implementing recruitment initiatives from initial concept to successful implementation.
  • Familiarity with a variety of ATS systems, and technologically agile, quick to learn new ones.
  • Ability to use data and KPI's to measure impact and determine improvements.
  • Self-starter, proactive attitude with a global mind-set.
  • Very organized and able to juggle high volume recruitment.
  • Results and outcome-oriented and data driven
  • Ability to identify and mitigate reputational risk in relation to communications activity
  • Ability to work on strategic plans as well as day-to-day tasks.
