How will your day to day be at Colvin?
  • Management of the complete payroll cycle of the Colviners (Spain, Italy).
  • Management with Social Security and Income Tax.
  • Develop different related projects within the team.
  • Report costs to the Finance department.
  • Management of new work methodologies (Remote Work).
  • Validate the monthly regularization and settlement of personal income tax.
  • Management of contracts, registrations and cancellations.
  • Support in external audits and DUE Diligence.
  • Personnel costs (review and balancing).
  • Communication and administration with local authorities and external providers in labor related topics.
  • Other administrative tasks on request.
What are we looking for?
  • A true team player with a "can do" attitude, constantly looking to deliver results - motivation, passion and positive attitude are crucial in this role.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in similar tasks.
  • Valuable knowledge of labor management in Italy.
  • Speaking Italian is a plus.
  • Valuable experience in a start-up.
