Technical writer at MultiSafepay
The Docs Team is a small, but established team that provides high-quality technical documentation for our solutions and advises on UX and UIs. Over the past 2 years, we have grown MultiSafepay Docs to become a core part of our offering, empowering our merchants and their developers. We strive to provide clear guidance in accessible language for an international audience. Join us on our journey to take the docs to the next level!
MultiSafepay is growing rapidly across Europe. Our head office is in Amsterdam. Ideally, you will be based in the international office in Estepona, Spain, where you can work closely with the development teams.

You will:
- Work closely with developers and product owners to document new solutions, features, and API endpoints
- Deliver accurate documentation in plain, but engaging English
- Break down high-level concepts into step-by-step instructions
- Suggest design and process improvements from the user’s perspective

Requirements
You are:
- An experienced technical writer
- A native English speaker (or highly proficient)
- Proficient in Git and GitHub, or Atlassian equivalents
- Familiar with the OpenAPI specification
- Proficient in Markdown and HTML
- Intellectually curious and interested in technology
- An excellent communicator in international environments
We'd love it if you are:
- Proficient in doc ops for maintaining pipelines and automated actions
- Familiar with static sites
- From a payments or ecommerce background
- Familiar with Scrum methodology, Jira, and Confluence
- Skilled in capturing and editing videos
