Main tasks

  • Respond to customer queries reaching our Quality (gt;85%) and Response time target (SLA is 2 business hours, 80% of the tickets), via email or chat;
  • Identify customer needs and help customers use specific features;
  • Conduct customer onboarding over a video call and/or chat;
  • Analyze and report product malfunctions (for example, by testing different scenarios for impersonating users);
  • Provide proactive customer outreach;
  • Gather customer feedback and share with our Product, Sales and Marketing teams;
  • Pro-actively participate in the ad-hoc tests, for example customer retention, platform tests, etc.

Requirements

  • Native or proficiency level of English
  • Strong problem solving skills
  • Strong time management skills
  • Team player
  • Good communication skills
  • Proactive and willing to take ownership of task(s)
  • Work Schedule: Monday - Friday, part time morning or afternoons

*Be elegible for an agreement with a University is mandatory for this role
