Responsibilities

You’re our perfect candidate if you:

  • To collaborate with the business team to ensure that risks are identified and considered in the development of the strategic vision, and proactively manage to balance both the risk and rewards of the business.
  • Jointly with Payments Team Lead, definition of risk appetite and tolerance of our clients.
  • Coordinate risk assessments, identify the operational and strategic risks, facilitate the prioritization of risks and identification of risk owners, and develop and communicate risk reports to management.
  • Formulate and implement Enterprise Risk Management.
  • Undertake risk assessment and risk mitigation for all business operations and support units to ensure that all major risks are identified and mitigated.
  • Ensure Leadtech has proper, systematic management and compliance with established policies, practices and procedures related to risk management.
  • Identify potential risk events, loss or exposures (both financial and non-financial), evaluate or analyse these risk events and provide recommendations to Management on how to mitigate the potential impact and/or occurrence.
  • Assist in identifying improvements in current systems, policies and strategies and take actions to mitigate emerging enterprise and related risks.
  • Assist in cultivating an organisation-wide culture of risk awareness and management.
  • Prioritize workload and adhere to deadlines with the Risk Management Team.
  • Guide the Risk Management team efforts towards successful risk control delivery in a multidisciplinary environment.
  • Research and evaluate a variety of risk software products.
  • Detect usability issues and current procedures and provide functional improvements.
  • Being a point of contact between the Risk Management team and the Payments Team (including direct contact with merchants) reporting issues and giving creative solutions.
  • Develop strong relationships with fraud providers to be able to take into a different stage the risk management department solving needs and growth opportunities of our clients.
  • Weekly/monthly reports to the holding Direction

Requirements

Your expertise in a nutshell:

  • Previous experience in managing fraud teams, minimum 3 years.
  • Knowledge on the Online Payments environments is highly desirable.
  • Fluent in English and Spanish (written and spoken).
  • Attention to detail is a must.
  • Excellent customer-centered service through effective communication, creative problem solving abilities and educating customers/agents on products and fraud services.
  • Proficient computer skills (Jira, google spreadsheet).
  • Knowledge of CRM/BOs and Fraud Softwares.
  • Strong analytical skills.
  • Ability to analyse, report and contribute with improvements on the workflow, procedures, KPIs, Quality Check.
  • Enjoy taking on new challenges.
  • Being able to work under pressure under exceptional situations
  • Excellent communication skills and be a model to our team
