Uplift is a passionate and dynamic agency providing services in international talent acquisition. We source mid-senior talents in EMEA and APAC for our global clients. We work smart and act fast to source and attract the best talents through extensive online media and technology channels. We also provide RPO (Recruitment Process Outsourcing) and in-house recruitment services (on-site or remote) for our clients in Europe.
We are looking for an experienced Talent Partner who will source mid-senior level talents, ensure the right capabilities are selected, manage recruiting processes end-to-end, work very closely with HR teams and ensure successful placement for each project.
This role is remote and can be based anywhere in EMEA.

· Deeply understand the clients' expectations and strategic considerations
· Identify, attract, and close candidates that align with hiring plans
· Work with the client on continuously improving employer brand, recruiting processes, and candidate experience.
· Develop efficient hiring processes and ensure high-touch candidate amp; client experience to deliver high-quality candidates and meet hiring goals
· Foster trust-based relationships with people both internally (client) and externally (potential hires)
Candidate Requirements
We are looking for someone who is result-driven, hungry to learn, gets excited to take on new challenges, and wants to upskill his/her HR capabilities further.
· Similar past experience in recruiting or HR Specialist roles
· Fluent English and Dutch language skills both conversational and written
· Growth mindset and positive approach
· Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships quickly
· Experience closing mid to senior-level candidates and negotiating compensation packages
· Experience working with key stakeholders and leadership
· Takes ownership and effectively manages time and process across roles
