Responsibilities

You’re our perfect candidate if you:

  • Can do a quality and efficiency control in the management of exceptional customer’s complaints and requests for the exercise of data protection rights.
  • Share feedback and coordinate with our Quality and Training teams on the need to update internal flows, manuals, guidelines.
  • Are always looking for ways to improve our internal processes.
  • Can give feedback and coordination with internal stakeholders on the performance of Customer Service Agents in the management of complaints.
  • Can manage the compliance of both our procedures and the law and can take great care of the reputation of the company.
  • Are an expert in reporting.
  • Are keen on training other team members.

Requirements

Your expertise in a nutshell

  • Strong analytical skills, capable to focus on the more relevant topics attributing priorities and to properly identify the key risks;
  • Commitment to accuracy, attention to detail and quality of information generated.
  • Proactivity and capacity for multi-tasking, with the ability to adapt to different working styles and environments.
  • Documenting and reporting skills.
  • Proficiency in English amp; high level of written and spoken Spanish.
  • Advanced knowledge of Excel - Google Spreadsheets.
  • Advanced knowledge of GSuite tools.
  • Knowledge and experience in e-commerce, consumer and personal data protection, regulations will be a plus.
