We’re on the search for an experienced Product Designer ready to join our Product Team based in Málaga.

Our software allows hundreds of Hotels to manage their staff, payroll and properties through web and mobile applications. Hundreds of customers use our applications on a daily basis. What will you do?
You will develop and maintain the UI and UX for the Alkimii web and mobile applications.
Working closely with the product and engineering teams, you will translate business goals into creative and engaging product experiences.
Additionally, you will develop low and high-fidelity prototypes for user testing and validation.
You will work collaboratively with cross-functional stakeholders to launch new features and evolve existing ones based on customer needs, business objectives and technical constraints.
You will take ownership of the design output across all Alkimii Products and lend a hand with marketing material, should the need arise. You will play an instrumental role in developing our product range by ensuring that the product vision is effectively realized by our engineering teams.
Requirements
- 3+ years’ experience designing high quality product experiences, preferably in SAAS or B2B Software
- Excellent practical knowledge of human-centered design methodologies and usability practices
- Experience facilitating activities to gather insights on user needs and goals and conducting user research
- Ability to articulate design decisions and advocate for the user
- Ability to collaborate successfully across the organisation
- Passion for great design based on qualitative and quantitative
- The desire to grow within the organisation and to lead a design team
- Excellent Figma design and prototyping skills
- An understanding that feedback is a gift
- A love of design craft
- To have fun and enjoy working as a team
- Intermediate English level
