The role
If you feel like Design is a fundamental tool to align different perceptions to a strategy service/product; if you think that design goes beyond trends and styles and has a clear detail-oriented philosophy, we are looking for you.
We are in need of a passionate, talented and fun Brand Design Manager who is able to support and join the Design department at Wallbox. We are looking for a design profile who is capable also of tracking the design project management. Reporting directly to the Brand Design Lead and Head of Design, you will have the opportunity to take care of the different brand projects (from branding, website and internal platforms, spatial and so on) to daily project management ensuring the high quality and standards of Wallbox. We look for a great holistic brand designer who loves producing, learning and growing professionally through Design.
Responsibilities
Define and support the management of the on-going and new projects
Resolute design problems and present key functional proposals according to Wallbox brand guidelines.
Control and design the implementation with the key stakeholders of the company
Brainstorm amp; allocate new resources to improve each design project (stakeholders, suppliers, budget, and so on)
Control, administer and update the Wallbox Brand Guidelines
Brand guardianship of the identity of Wallbox for the right brand implementation
Weekly reports with the Design Brand Lead Requirements
Holistic Brand Designer 5+ years of experience
Portfolio and experience proof in projects related to brand and digital
Leadership experience in managing vertical and horizontal teams
Resolutive and highly skilled in Design Management
Detail oriented: Ensuring that set quality standards are met
Oriented to the trends and capable of ignoring them to highlight the personality of each project
Communication skills: be able to listen, communicate, talk, give and receive feedback
generously amp; proactively with the teams
Desire to improve and grow yourself and continually hone your skills
