Role
Bulb is looking for x 3 operations specialists to join the Priority amp; Extra Care Services (PECS) team in Industry Operations.
With energy bills forecast to reach unprecedented levels from this October, the mission to support our most vulnerable members is more important than ever.
This role will drive improvements to Bulb’s extra care services, improving the quality and breadth of our current offerings. You’ll work on the delivery of industry schemes including Warm Home Discount (WHD), Bulb Energy Fund (BEF) and the Energy Bill Support Scheme (EBSS), creating an outcomes-focussed and first class member experience.You’ll develop operational improvements to eliminate member issues and ensure the delivery of support services for those most in need.

Examples of what you’ll be doing
You will support PECS to:- Deliver this year’s Warm Home Discount amp; Bulb Energy Fund schemes- Design and implement a plan to make payments for the new government launched Energy Bills Support Scheme (EBSS), launching in October- Maintain, expand and improve the Priority Services Register (PSR) pathway and the extra support services we offer- Stay compliant with the Energy UK’s Vulnerability Commitment- Increase the volume of members receiving Gas Safety Checks- Develop Bereavement operations, delivering better outcomes and a more positive member experience

Requirements
- Care about the experience of Bulb’s members who are in vulnerable situations- Self-starter, who is organised and takes responsibility for the work they own- Flexible, a team player who enjoys collaborative problem-solving- Clear communication skills, able to prioritise and highlight blockers- Naturally curious and make-it-better driven- Driven to upskill in data and project management (experience is desirable but not essential)- Keen to gain experience working with third parties and key stakeholders- Interested in understanding Bulb’s regulatory obligations and communicating these to others- (Desirable) experience creating and utilising reporting (Sheets, Mode, Looker)- (Desirable) experience with SQL/ Google Apps Scripts/ Python/ Zapier
