About the role

First things first: you want to know what you’re actually applying for. It’s impossible to capture every nuance of a role especially at a rapidly growing company like Mews but if we had to distil it down to a job description (which we do, because this is a job description), it would be this:

We’re looking for a Customer Success Manager who will manage on average between 50-150 accounts representing 400K - 1M Platform ARR (Annual Recurring Revenue). Our CSM's proactively guide the customers through a ‘journey in the life of Mews’, using timely touch-points, playbooks and advice on our monthly customer reports. You will be responsible for generating revenue from our existing customers by aiming to achieve a 120% Net Revenue Retention, with a focus on limited churn and revenue reduction, while growing the accounts through upgrades, price increases, contract renewals, new products, and being a promoter of additional new properties to expand the portfolio. You will also be responsible for driving product adoption by analysing the user behaviour on the platform and incoming requests.


Your mission, should you choose to accept it:
  • Develop trusted relationships and play a critical communications role by regularly interacting with decision makers with each assigned customer.
  • Serve as the lead point of contact, provide continued value to the customer and drive satisfaction and growth.
  • Understand each customer’s strategic goals, anticipate customer’s requirements and challenges, and make strategic and tactical recommendations based upon Mews products and services.
  • Promote the product adoption and product updates through the relationships you have nurtured within the Accounts.
  • Expand revenues via contract renewals, price increases, upsales and cross-sales.
  • Gather valuable feedback from clients for continual product improvements and the value that these product features drive for the entire business.
  • Work collaboratively with the Marketing team to build Customer testimonials and referrals.
  • Contribute to the development of company goals, growth and profitability targets by being an active member of the Mews team and culture.

Requirements

You’ll be a great fit if you bring a few of the below with you:

  • Proven Customer Success or Account Management experience in a SaaS company
  • Fluent in English, plus at least one other additional European languages
  • Experience driving customer success and nurturing relationships with customers.
  • Experience working in cross-functional teams
  • A strategical thinker with the ability to respond quickly in front of customers
  • Ability to prioritize tasks on value and work under pressure
  • Strong presentational and communication skills
  • Ability to grasp technical and business concepts
  • Hospitality experience and understanding PMS products and platform features
  • Sales experience and negotiation techniques
  • Experience using Salesforce, Asana, PowerBI, PandaDoc, Slack and MS Office is a plus
