Job Description

Working across all major platforms and in over 50 different languages, Keywords Studios provides support and expertise for its clients across the globe.

Reporting to the Localization HRBP, the Localization SL Talent Acquisition Specialist will manage multiple hiring across the Localization Service Line and be responsible of the entire end-to-end recruitment process.
Partnering with the Localization HRBP and with the Service Line Director, the recruiter will support the development, design and implementation of talent acquisition practices, and procedures to ensure that Localization Service Line is able to acquire the best talent to meet both short- and long-term strategic objectives.

He/ she will also be responsible for attending career fair, conferences/workshops as required.

Key Responsibilities and Activities

The main responsibilities of this role will be:

  • Establish a strong rapport with hiring managers in the Service Line to develop a talent management strategy to fill all vacancies in a timely manner.
  • Manage the recruitment process in all the phases, with a strong focus on:
    • Working with the hiring managers to develop job descriptions and announcements and proceeding with the advertisement.
    • Screening/reviewing applications evaluating such factors as job experience, education, training, skills, knowledge, ability and develop a short list of potential candidates to forward to the hiring managers.
    • Defining the best hiring steps for the interviews (questions, assessments, tests, cases etc.)
    • Conducting HR interviews.
    • Managing communications between applicants, hiring managers and others to keep all parties apprised of the status of each search
  • Ensure clear mutual understanding of staffing priorities and practical constraints. Guide the hiring managers through the talent management process where needed.
  • Recommend improvements to current recruitment processes (Local Studios amp; Service Line) to ensure streamlined, cost-effective services are being provided to hiring managers.
  • Define and keep track of KPI’s (as requested).
  • Attend career fairs and conferences to promote the Localization Service Line amp; Keywords Studios.

Requirements

Technical Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, or related field
  • Experience at least 6 years in international recruitment, preferable in a multinational environment
  • Has knowledge and experience with social media and recruitment tools
  • Able to communicate in English (any additional language is a plus)
  • Experience in Localization would be a plus
