Job Description

We are looking for a German speaking Case Manager who will be the link between our international network of legal, accounting and payroll partners, and our clients and their employees. This role is focused on B2B work, managing our internationalization case portfolio and managing the working relationships with all parties involved.


Why is this role 10 times more exciting than other Case Management positions:
  • Direct Client Exposure: You will help our clients internationalize - literally. This will provide you with direct exposure to many companies, from start-ups to corporate, across industries and with very different challenges. Navigating our clients through the process of global remote hiring, you will also learn how businesses build their expansion and remote hiring strategies.
  • International Business: You will experience first-hand how a company expands to another country and learn a lot about the European business environment. Your work will include working with business partners and clients from Malta to Norway. Leveraging our internal knowledge base, you will be able to understand local corporate and employment law, and get a feeling for international working conventions.
  • Product improvement: You will work with the best international HR Operating System, and participate in developing this further.

What you’ll do
  • Manage your portfolio of cases and ensure timely delivery of service by utilizing good prioritization and organizational skills.
  • Ensure all relevant parties are updated on case progress.
  • Work in accordance with the relevant legislation, and internal policies and procedures.
  • Maintain accurate, up-to-date case information, documenting all key steps and following through on actions.
  • Actively build and maintain positive relationships with all key stakeholders including clients, partners and colleagues.
  • Identify opportunities for case management improvement and automation, as well as share feedback with our internal Product team.
  • Provide ad-hoc administration support to colleagues as needed.

What we’re looking for
  • Demonstrable experience in an Operations, Customer Success or Case Management role.
  • Outstanding verbal and written communication skills with an ability to respond quickly and communicate effectively.
  • Ability to work independently and with high attention to detail, combined with excellent interpersonal and team-player skills.
  • Outcome-focused with the ability to manage competing demands.
  • Strong planning, problem-solving and organizational skills with an ability to manage multiple clients and partners at the same time.
  • Business/native level of proficiency in German, with English, is a must.
