Responsibilities

  • Mentoring new members and share your experience and expertise to help others grow
  • Measure and track performance of each Payment Processor;
  • Continually assess talent and coach team members;
  • Resolve functionality issues and address more complex program issues;
  • Maintain an orderly workflow according to priorities;
  • Analyze statistics and compile accurate reports;
  • Supervise a team of Payment Provider Specialists to include staffing, coaching, performance management and problem solving;
  • Coordinate with IT to continually improve application function, design and keep responsibility of PSP roadmap;
  • Manage escalations which may require additional research and knowledge;
  • Train team on policies and procedures when speaking and corresponding with vendors;
  • Support the Team Lead into department procedures, policies, and standards.
  • Help the team on development efforts towards successful and timely project delivery.
  • Provide technical leadership to teammates through coaching and mentorship.

Requirements

  • Ability to think strategically and to lead;
  • Excellent knowledge of management methods and techniques;
  • Associates degree in Business Management or similar;
  • 2-4 years working experience managing people;
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills;
  • Excellent phone/email contact skills including active listening;
  • Medium spreadsheet proficiency with Microsoft Excel, as well as Microsoft Office suite;
  • Advanced troubleshooting and multi-tasking skills;
