The role

We are looking for an Account Executive to join our French Team in Madrid. In this role you would be responsible for converting prospects into clients.


Your main responsibilities:


  • Qualify new leads.
  • Get to know our prospects, understand their needs and how Ontruck can help them achieve their goals.
  • Close the accounts: get prospects out of the funnel and using our platform. You will be in charge of running demos and leading negotiations to make this happen.
  • Accompany new customers during the first stages in order to convert them into recurring clients.
  • Work closely with internal stakeholders in sales, marketing, operations, finance and product to identify and deliver growth opportunities.
  • Manage the relationship, growing revenue, expanding the number of sites and furthering commercial activities between Ontruck and our existing shipper accounts.

Requirements

    • Hunter attitude with commercial acumen and energy.
    • Relevant experience in B2B sales environments: SDR, Inside Sales, Field Sales, Account Executive, or other. Knowledge of the transportation sector is valued
    • Excellent listener and communicator, both written and oral.
    • Team player with a hands-on attitude
    • Ability to be self-driven
    • Native/bilingual Spanish and French level, with good English language skills.
