The role
You will be responsible for achieving services sales targets for all services revenue streams and for all targeted markets and segments in full collaboration with the rest of the sales teams.
Main responsibilities:
- Lead and motivate a highly effective team of services sales specialists
- Define the sales yearly plans
- customer platforming
- visits campaigns
- sales per channel and customer type
- target definition per sales rep amp; customer
- implement follow up rituals and metrics
- Develop quarterly forecast and strategies to achieve services sales targets
- Seeks out new customers and forms key relationships with key influencers and buyers
- Saturate existing customers to maximize share of wallet
- Be knowledgeable and be able to provide feedback about industry trends, markets and competitors activities
- Serve as a business representative in major industry events , trade shows and conferences
- Be capable to establish strong relationship with key internal and external stakeholders
Requirements
- Min 5 years of experience in the selling services
- Business acumen and results driven person
- Collaborative attitude

- Capable to deliver in ambiguous and fast changing environment
- Travel availability (aprox. 30% of the time)
