The Role
You will be responsible for elaborating services quotations and proposals for all type of targeted customers in a due time and with the right level of quality to guarantee its competitiveness and level of profitability.
Main responsibilities
- Prepare quotations in due time and manner
- Be reference point for any request coming from sales related to services tender preparation
- Monitor the tender submission process for formatting , completeness , consistency and compliance
- Coordinate acquiring the required economical approvals and technical documentation
- Maximization of the tender hit rate by monitoring the level of competitiveness of the different services offers
- Perform the final checks to ensure the 100% quality of the documentation submitted to the customer
- Monitor tender progression and deadlines
- Provide feedback with the lessons learnt from the analysis of the different tenders submitted
- Put in place the right follow up processes and analytics for a continuous improvement
- Manage post award processes respecting timeline to guarantee a proper handover to the execution teams
Requirements
- Min 1 year of experience preparing quotations ideally in the services landscape
